We stand behind every piece we send. We're not a faceless corporation churning out junk — every order matters here.

THE "WE GOT YOU" POLICY


If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we'll make it right. No 47-step return portal. No corporate runaround.

RETURN WINDOW


You have 30 days from delivery to flag any issue.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT


✅ Item arrived damaged
✅ Item arrived defective (print errors, fabric flaws, etc.)
✅ Wrong item shipped (different design, size, or color than ordered)

WHAT DOESN'T QUALIFY


Because every Fueled by Frida item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand process, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ "I changed my mind"
❌ Wrong size ordered (please use our size chart carefully before ordering)
❌ Item used, washed, or worn

Print-on-demand means we don't hold inventory — every piece is made specifically for you. We can't restock or resell returned items.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

1. Email hello@fueledbyfrida.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
3. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days
4. Approved returns receive a replacement OR full refund — your choice

REFUNDS


Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. 

CANCELLATIONS 


Need to cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we cannot cancel.
